Peter has 20 years Consulting experience as a senior HR consultant, Business Leader and Company Director with specialist experience across many industry sectors. Peter has strong commercial leadership and advanced HR skills and has led numerous large-scale consulting projects that have included HR strategy definition, recruitment strategy/ model/ technology optimisation, specialised and volume recruitment programs, business integration HR planning & execution, performance & capability improvement and career management programs with Blue Chip through to SME clients. Peter holds a Bachelor of Commerce and is passionate about delivering meaningful and pragmatic value to organisations via human capital activities that support and enhance commercial effectiveness.
Nick has over 10 years’ consulting experience, including change leadership, executive coaching, talent management, organisational design, project and program management and strategic workforce planning. This supported by global experience across a range of sectors including, mining and resources, automotive, minerals processing, not for profit, state and federal Government.
Nick is an accomplished trainer, executive coach and workshop facilitator. As well as the Managing Partner of deliberatedge, Nick is also the Partner responsible for the Leadership Development arm of deliberatepractice. He holds a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering and is passionate about connecting strategy, planning and people.

Bruce has extensive experience as a HR Executive, HR Consultant, Executive Recruitment Consultant and Company Director across a range of industry sectors. He has held HR Director roles in financial services, utilities and disability. He has extensive HR Consulting experience in implementation of operating models, change management, culture change, leadership development, executive coaching and HR strategy development.
Bruce is passionate about understanding business strategy and developing HR strategies to meet business objectives. His experience includes HR function design, HR service delivery models, HR capability development and improving business outcomes. He is an experienced facilitator in leadership development and HR strategy. Bruce holds graduate and post graduate qualifications in education and is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
Michelle brings 15 years recruitment experience to deliberatepractice with a specialisation in HR recruitment.
She has a wide network of HR professionals and proven track record in recruiting a wide range of roles in the HR family which includes Senior HR Leaders, HR Business Partners, Learning and Development, Organisational Development professionals, Change Managers, Remuneration and Benefit Consultants, Talent Acquisition Specialists and Health, Safety and Wellbeing specialists. She is well versed in a range of innovative sourcing techniques and tailors her approach to meet the needs of clients, to ensure the best possible candidates are sourced.
Michelle prides herself on delivering an exceptional service to candidates including the provision of career advice, resume/ LinkedIn profile development and interview techniques. This combines with an implicit understanding of Talent Acquisition and how this specialisation partners with the broader business.

Diane’s roles have supported managers and their teams to deliver solutions to drive career growth, employee engagement, improve culture and deliver high performance. She is passionate about orchestrating learning opportunities, building trust, delivering high levels of personal interaction, adding context and shifting minds. She combines her diverse experience, and understanding of organisational needs and challenges to tailor and deliver practical solutions to specific developmental needs and to support organisational change. Diane holds a Bachelor of Education, formal coaching qualifications, Cert IV in Workplace Assessment and Diploma studies in HR.
Lisa has worked within the recruitment and people services industry for over 11 years. With experience across recruitment, sales and account management roles, in more recent years Lisa has moved into key support roles with a focus on both process improvement and culture. These multi-faceted positions have allowed Lisa to continually grow her skills and develop strong relationships with candidates, customers and staff. Alongside this, she is able to provide systems and processes that deliver efficient approaches to working and improved outcomes for customers, candidates and other stakeholders. Melanie has more than 13 years experience in external and internal Human Resources Consulting across all industry sectors, in both large and small to medium organisations. Melanie’s experience includes analysing, designing and implementing integrated Human Resources structures and overall talent management strategies and applications.
Melanie has a strong passion for people development and is an expert facilitator of high performance teams. Melanie is highly experienced in partnering with her clients to collaboratively drive outstanding people performance. Melanie holds a Bachelor of Social & Behavioural Science (major in Psychology), accreditations in a variety of psychometric assessment and is a member the Australian Human Resources Institute (AHRI).
Kate has gained extensive experience across Administration and client services roles within Australia and also overseas. She has worked in both large and small companies across a broad range of organisations obtaining strong skills in office management, project management, client liaison and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Kate is highly customer focused and has a great eye for detail. Her career highlights have included organising and running a very successful wholesale herbal tea company, drawing upon and enhancing her knowledge of sales, client satisfaction and stakeholder management. She has a great desire to learn and is passionate and enthusiastic about working with her colleagues to support our client’s human resource requirements.
Joanna is originally from Poland where she has gained extensive knowledge and experience in Administration, Marketing, PR and Customer Service, whilst supporting international organisations and liaising with offices around the World.
Joanna is multilingual, speaking 3 languages (English, Polish and French) and has a high level of attention to detail. She uses a problem solving approach to all things she does and is eager to assist in supporting the team and clients at deliberatepractice with their administration needs.
