Julie has more than 20 years of HR experience and partners with executives and leaders to drive transformation in constantly changing businesses. She has spent the last 15 years in Senior HR capacities and has worked in permanent and contract human resources positions within multiple industries. Julie’s experience includes reviewing HR policies and creating a variety of compliant and progressive policy, procedure and position description documents, conducting research into organisation design approaches and designing effective performance appraisal frameworks.
Julie’s passion for people paired with her ability and continued focus on building trusted relationships enable her to provide the motivation and coaching leaders and teams require to perform and deliver at their highest potential. She has supported successful change in business restructures and company mergers. Driven to improve engagement, Julie works with leaders and team members to understand the drivers of engagement as well as to develop, support and encourage an environment of honest communication facilitated through positive, honest and constructive feedback. She has strong facilitation experience, delivering a variety of training courses, workshops, and focus groups, as well as experience supporting teams transitioning to agile ways of working.
