Peter has strong commercial leadership and advanced HR skills and has led numerous large-scale consulting projects that have included HR strategy definition, recruitment strategy/ model/ technology optimisation, specialised and volume recruitment programs, business integration HR planning & execution, performance & capability improvement and career management programs with Blue Chip through to SME clients. Peter holds a Bachelor of Commerce and is passionate about delivering meaningful and pragmatic value to organisations via human capital activities that support and enhance commercial effectiveness.
