Melanie has more than 13 years experience in external and internal Human Resources Consulting across all industry sectors, in both large and small to medium organisations. Melanie’s experience includes analysing, designing and implementing integrated Human Resources structures and overall talent management strategies and applications.
Melanie has a strong passion for people development and is an expert facilitator of high performance teams. Melanie is highly experienced in partnering with her clients to collaboratively drive outstanding people performance. Melanie holds a Bachelor of Social & Behavioural Science (major in Psychology), accreditations in a variety of psychometric assessment and is a member the Australian Human Resources Institute (AHRI).
