Jennifer is a Registered Psychologist with over two decades of experience as a leadership capability building professional. Through the design and delivery of interventions with both organisational and individual impact, Jennifer works to the strategy of the organisation, bringing it to life through the accelerated capability of leaders and teams. In doing so, she has honed distinctive skills in areas of application that include: strategic success profiling, competency and performance modelling, succession risk management, assessment centre methodology, individual and group profiling, learning program design and facilitation, and leadership coaching. She is especially recognised for skill and experience in assessment, having led the assessment practice area across organisations and with particular focus on psychometric profiling, behavioural interviewing, assessment centre design and delivery.
Over a career of working in both national and global organisations, across the public and private sectors, Jennifer has come to appreciate the challenges of leadership and how they evolve in line with changing market forces, economic, cultural and political trends. She has worked with leaders along the pipeline of contribution from front line through to executive office roles and has held internal leadership roles to General Manager level.
