Alan has over 35 years as a Human Resource professional, including HR Management and as a recruitment specialist. For the past 18 years his career has been in Career Management and Coaching, covering job search techniques, resume development, interview skills, personal branding, projection and presentation, career planning and career development. He offers practical, compassionate outplacement consulting and is deeply interested in helping individuals achieve successful career transition. He has also trained in and practised acting and professional voice-over, and draws on these skills to help people maximise their presentation and impact.
Alan has a qualification in HR, and is a Professional Member of the Career Development Association of Australia
