Megan has extensive experience in career development, transition/outplacement and recruitment. In her career development and transition work she has assisted clients (entry level through to executives) from various industries to understand and realise their full potential. She has assisted organisations, management and HR teams within the Brisbane market to prepare for change and supported them through the change process. She has led the outplacement process for various large site closures (up to 400 employees), engaging and preparing employees for their career transition. This includes running career centre activities, facilitating group workshops and working with individuals on a one-on-one basis. She is also an active member of CDAA (Career Development Association of Australia) regularly attending professional development conferences.
