Eva is a dynamic coach experienced in working with professionals in areas including leadership capability, performance effectiveness, impact and influencing capability and career transition. She has worked with some of the largest organisations in Australia and well known international brands. Eva has experience coaching at the executive level, having worked with MDs, GMs and VPs and leaders value her ability to understand the current business environment and market pressures. Eva employs a results-oriented, solution-focused, and systematic approach to coaching designed to enhance the performance, motivation and behavioural capabilities of individuals.
Eva’s coaching style is to encourage individuals to take specific, challenging actions in between coaching sessions. She is a Professionally Certified Coach (ICF), an Accredited Executive Coach (IECL), a member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and has a Bachelor of Psychology & Masters in Organisational Psychology.
