With a background across ASX-listed, global, boutique and consulting organisations, Chris has led recruitment practices and partnered with senior leaders to deliver business-critical appointments from management through to C-suite level. He has also led strategic recruitment programs supporting organisational growth, change and business transformation. His experience enables organisations to complement their existing talent acquisition functions with flexible senior hiring capability and additional short-term capacity. He understands that clients have complex and evolving hiring priorities - the Search & Talent Projects offering provides a flexible solution tailored to meet client requirements.
