She has over eight years of experience in the hospitality industry, where she excelled as a Hotel Manager. During this time, she oversaw all aspects of hotel operations, from front of house through to operational management.
She has gained extensive experience in CRM management, administration, office operations, managing client relationships and coordinating projects. Shiela holds a Bachelor of Commerce, Majoring in Accounting which has provided her with Accounting knowledge including budgeting, invoicing, and reconciliation.
