As a career practitioner, Liz has worked extensively in the corporate, private, public and not for profit sectors, supporting hundreds of people in a variety of industries.
Coaching to assist others identify their unique ideas, experience and skills, Liz utilises a strength based approach to empower and equip individuals for growth and transition in a framework for success. Adept at coaching people through career cross-roads, and facilitating the identification of client considerations, values, interests and needs to explore opportunities and devise pathways for promotion, training and professional development.
Liz is an articulate communicator and attentive active listener with exceptional verbal, collaborative and facilitation skill, able to support clients facing significant barriers to employment, providing vocational assessment, case management in a variety of settings and legislative arenas such as WorkCover.
