Absolutely! Outplacement services can help you explore your career options and identify your strengths and motivators. With the support of your coach you can achieve clarity in what to do next and then work in partnership with your coach so you can achieve these goals.

I am planning a restructure, when should I connect with you to discuss outplacement services?

It's best to connect with us early in your restructuring process as this allows ample time to plan and implement effective support for affected employees. Our services and expertise can add value through the planning and organisational design phases of change and our expertise can assist as you develop capability in your leadership to lead through this period.
Equally, we are very responsive to urgent requirements and can quickly mobilise to support an individual who has recently experienced redundancy.
