deliberatepractice has enjoyed strong growth and success since its genesis in 2010. Our success journey could only have been made possible by the great support and generosity of our clients, candidates, associates and suppliers.
One of the tangible outcomes of our growth has been the necessity to move our Head Office and Victorian Operations to brand new, purpose built and expanded offices at Level 11, 356 Collins Street, Melbourne.
We are very excited that our new offices offer, not only upgraded facilities for candidates, but also state of the art communications technology that we hope will benefit all our stakeholders.
It has been a terrific 6 years of success in delivering highly personalised and tailored HR Recruitment, Leadership Development and Outplacement services. In 2015, we were delighted to welcome deliberatEdge (Strategic Workforce Planning) to our group to support our clients in further aligning their business and HR strategies.
We believe our strong focus on understanding and satisfying our client and candidate needs, combined with our team’s unwavering commitment to continuous learning, along with our energy, passion, expertise and innovation has been a big a part of driving our growth.
We know that change is all around us and is happening at the speed of summer lightning, especially where it’s related to technological innovations. We see this, feel this and experience this, through all those we partner and interact with. We are excited and buoyed by the opportunities that this change brings in the new and emerging reality that includes, everything from the evolving role of social media, through to the speed and applications of new communication vehicles.
