Mobile recruiting and it’s next evolution – allowing candidates to apply for roles through their smart phones – have created a relatively urgent need to rethink the way in which CV submission and CV screening processes are set.
This could represent an amazing opportunity to reshape and potentially, vastly improve a part of the candidate experience. This significant change may also represent some challenges for talent acquisition functions as they move away from using questionnaires through their applicant tracking systems, and possibly even obtaining CV’s from their candidates.

We invite you to read their paper and to share your organisation’s Mobile Recruitment Strategy story with us by posting your comments.
