Bullhorn’s 2013 Australian Staffing and Recruitment Trends Report titled “Back to Basic: A Focus on Client Relationships” found that recruitment professionals are focusing their attention on strengthening client relationships and expanding geographically to help counter the combined effects of a weak economic outlook and competition from in-house recruitment consultants. According to the Bullhorn survey respondents rated LinkedIn as the most popular social network for recruitment in the region, and expected the Oil, Gas, and Mining sectors to be strongest for recruitment in 2013.
