“Mobile HCM: Find, Develop, and Deploy" - Aberdeen Group Study

Aberdeen Group’s 2014 report “Mobile HCM: Find, Develop, and Deploy" provides useful and interesting insights into how mobile devices are being used in HCM today. Importantly their study found that “organisations using mobile talent acquisition tools had 35% lower turnover among high potentials”. Moreover, the report posits that the adoption of mobile tools for workforce management grew by 50% between 2013 and 2014 (15%, versus 10%). A key insight highlights the applications of real time data capture and how this is being used for real performance management and collaboration.
